Installation or upgrade

The app is available from the Atlassian Marketplace (opens in a new tab).

Once installed, access it from the main Jira navigation at Apps → Advanced Reports.

Editions

After installation the app runs in Standard Edition by default, which provides full in-browser SQL Insights and Reports powered by a local DuckDB engine — no data leaves your browser.

To unlock Advanced Edition features — including Cloud Insights, AI Explorer, Dashboard Widgets, and Background Data Sync — you can upgrade from within the app. See Editions for a full comparison.
